# Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) provide the necessary information to the customer before signing a contract for the sale of goods or services. They define the essential characteristics of the product sold, payment terms, sales conditions, legal guarantees, and the right of withdrawal.

## Attention

Do not confuse the TCS with the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU). The TCU provides the rules for using a service (e.g., a website).

## 1. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The product sold consists of credits associated with the user's account. These credits can be spent to ask questions about the rules of a board game.

## 2. Payment

Payments are made exclusively online via a form and in USD. In case of a complaint, please contact coplay.contact@gmail.com. The payment credits the user's account as quickly as possible, ideally within seconds, but depending on the payment method, it may take several days. Payments are made to Pierre Scelles, the creator and administrator of the website, based in France, reachable at coplay.contact@gmail.com.

## 3. Information about the Professional

Pierre Scelles, Sole Proprietor (EI) or micro-enterprise, SIRET 512565987.

## 4. Recourse to a Consumer Mediator

In case of a dispute, you have the option to use a consumer mediator.

## 5. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These TCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the competent court is located in Paris, France.

## 6. Warranties and Insurance

- No financial guarantee or professional liability insurance subscribed.
- No commercial warranty or after-sales service.
- No legal guarantee of conformity or hidden defects warranty.
- No guarantee regarding the duration of availability of the generated content.

## 7. Sales Conditions

Credits purchased by the customer to ask questions do not become the property of the customer. The generated answers enter the public domain under the CC0 1.0 license: [https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0).

## 8. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer wishes to withdraw from a credit purchase, they can contact the Site administrator via coplay.contact@gmail.com. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the validation of the online payment. This right of withdrawal only applies to amounts that have not yet been spent to obtain answers to questions about board game rules. When the Site is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, it has 14 days to refund the full amount paid.

By using this Site and purchasing credits, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
